President's Welcome
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you and to tell you about our foundation. The Caroline Victoria Arts Foundation was founded exclusively for the charitable purpose of encouraging students to share their creativity and talent in all forms of artistic expression including visual arts, media/film, photography and writing.
Our objective is simple – to encourage and support student artists toward their creative endeavors. Our goal for the Caroline Victoria Coldicutt Arts Foundation is to become a significant contributor to student artists and their support systems – one that will sustain and encourage their artistic process.
To accomplish this, we have embarked on three primary initiatives, the Caroline Victoria Online Arts Festival, the Caroline Victoria Rose, and the CVC Art Scholarships.
Our board of directors recognizes the importance of providing support and encouragement to student artists. We hope that our foundation’s efforts will enhance public interest and expand awareness for all students in the arts, regardless of gender, age or ethnicity.
