Welcome to the CVCAF

The Caroline Victoria Coldicutt Arts Foundation (CVC ARTS), a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation, was formed in 2006 to commemorate the artistic passion of Caroline Victoria Coldicutt (1987-2004).

We are  dedicated to supporting and nurturing student visual artists, painters, musicians, filmmakers, writers and photographers to create works which will help to stimulate their own artistic vision while creating inspiration for  others.

The CVC ARTS offers initiatives to support student arts education – student art scholarships, awards and arts education outreach programs. These initiatives inform and assist aspiring student artists about how they can implement their creative ideas that can positively impact their homes, schools, communities and the world.

Our philanthropic efforts include offering support to artists through scholarships at various schools in Canada and the United States. We have created the Caroline Victoria Rose for the Arts to provide funding of our endowment initiatives as well as to provide a lasting reminder of the beauty art brings to the lives of each and every one of us. The Rose was introduced at the Chelsea Flower Show, London (2006) with Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II receiving the first bouquet.

Additional funding comes through our feature film documentary, Mary Pickford the Muse of the Movies. The film was screened on Turner Classic Movies in 2016 and 1018 (receiving a first ballot Emmy nomination), an honorary Satellite Award from the International Press Academy as well as a Best Film award at the Universal Film Festival. Our dvd sales on Amazon provide support for our arts education outreach programs.

Our foundation’s online art gallery CVCAF Gallery showcases donated art including Marc Chagall, Fernand Leger, Alexandra Nechita, Leroy Neiman, Pablo Picasso, Alexandre Renoir among others. Art donations are gifted to school fundraisers or sold online to support our arts education outreach programs.

In 2017, we introduced our CVC ARTS FEST, an initiative designed for student artists without boundaries. Our arts festival will provide a forum where students can share their visual arts or other media in an online festival format.
